We went to South Africa with their help. From stay, travel, food to itinerary everything was planned. I had someone to talk to at Pravasi and locally 24x7 if i ever needed something. I had a driver guide full time. Activities, food was already paid for. Their staff were really friendly. Locally i met Yvette wh was also very open and friendly. We made changes to plans sometimes but they were very accomodating about that too and helped us with the same. Overall very happy with Kamaya and her team.
